Shipping & Delivery
Our standard method of domestic USA shipping is FedEx Home Delivery (to residences) or FedEx Ground Service (to offices).
Orders to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska and surrounding US territories are shipped via USPS priority mail.
Faster methods are available. (See rates below) Once your order ships, you will receive e-mail confirmation with a FedEx tracking number or USPS.com delivery confirmation number so that you can track your shipment and make arrangements to receive the package.

International (Outside US and Canada) Delivery
International and special delivery addresses (e.g., APO) are shipped via USPS Priority mail and take anywhere from 5 to 15 working days to arrive after being shipped. Once your order ships, you will receive e-mail confirmation with a USPS.com International label number.

    Returns & Replacements
    30 Day Money Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your order, return it to us unused in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase and we will issue you a refund.

    Making a Return:
    1) Send an email requesting a Return Authorization number ("RA#"). In this email please remember to include your name, order number and the item(s) that you wish to return.

    2) We will email you back with a unique RA#. Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of the issuance (21 days for international orders) of the issuance of the RA# at which time the RA# expires.

    3) Pack the item(s) in a sturdy box and ship the box via UPS or other insured shipping service. The RA# MUST be clearly written on the outside of the box when it is returned to us.

    4) We will issue your credit the day the product arrives in our warehouse. Please note that credit card companies can take 2-3 weeks to have the credit show up on your statement.

    5) There are no refunds on shipping charges. On items that were shipped free, we reserve the right to refund the product price less our shipping costs.

    No Sales Tax
    We are required to charge sales tax on all orders shipped within the state of Hawaii. All other orders shipped outside of the state of Hawaii are exempt from tax.
