Back Gaurantee:
If you are not satisfied with your order, return it to us unused in its original
packaging within 30 days of purchase and we will issue you a refund.
Making a Return:
1) Send an email to info@justbodyboarding.com requesting a Return Authorization
number ("RA#"). In this email please remember to include your name,
order number and the item(s) that you wish to return.
2) We will email you back with a
unique RA#. Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of the issuance (21
days for international orders) of the issuance of the RA# at which time the
RA# expires.
3) Pack the item(s) in a sturdy box
and ship the box via UPS or other insured shipping service. The RA# MUST be
clearly written on the outside of the box when it is returned to us.

4) We will issue your credit the
day the product arrives in our warehouse. Please note that credit card companies
can take 2-3 weeks to have the credit show up on your statement.
5) There are no refunds on shipping charges. On items that were shipped free, we reserve the right to refund the product price less our shipping costs
